Sweet Tata Smoothie Bowl!


To keep you all going this week, check out this OUTRAGEOUS smoothie bowl made by @eatnourishlove – the sheer definition of #breakfastgoals (especially when you’re using our very own Strawberry @wheyheyofficial ice cream!)

This is super easy to recreate so thought we’d share the recipe with you all! It’s just below so enjoy !

SWEET TATA SMOOTHIE BOWL!

INGREDIENTS:

Serves 1

1 Sweet Potato
1 Butternut Squash
1 tub of Strawberry @wheyheyofficial
1 tsp of skin food @loveraw
1 scoop collagen @womensbest
A handful of berries

METHOD:

Steam sweet potato & butternut squash then pulse in the blender for 10 seconds with all the other ingredients.
Heat in a pan with @myvitaminsuk chia seeds for about 5 mins then leave in the fridge overnight to soak & thicken up!

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

@eatnourishlove has used 1 Banana, @spooncereals cinnamon pecan granola, @theprimalpantry apple pecan chunks, @nutribombz Strawberry nutribitz and a sprinkle of @boostyself !
