Wheyhey Strawberry Bloody Mary Mocktail

As today is a Wednesday we have another amazing recipe to inspire & fill you all with joy. As this week is Mens Health Week we decided to do our take on a Bloody Mary.

The 6 main points that Mens Health Week are focusing on are the following:

1) Look after relationships and wellbeing
2) Don’t smoke
3) Drink sensibly
4) Be active
5) Watch your weight
6) Turn up to NHS Health Check

So we decided to focus on the “Drink Sensibly” aspects which is where we came up with this game changing morning mocktail

So without further ado we’d like to introduce you to our Wheyhey Bloody Mary Mocktail made by the lovely
Charleh Dickinson – Designed2Eat


Serves: 1
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 5 Minutes

Bloody Mary Mocktail

● 150ml Wheyhey Strawberry Ice Cream
● ½ Red Onion
● 1 Sweet Red Pepper
● ¼ Cucumber
● 100g Frozen Raspberries
● 100ml CocoPro
● 100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk/Coconut Milk
● Stick of Celery
● Stick of Celery
● Slice of Lemon

1. In a smoothie maker, blend all the ingredients together.
2. If mixture seems too thick, add a little more CocoPro to thin the mocktail out.
3. Transfer to refrigerator to chill or serve immediately.
4. Garnish with a stick of celery and enjoy!
